Capacity Building and Training Centre – Kshamta Kendra:

SPYM has been selected as Kshamta Kendra Capacity Building and Training Centre by NACO / SACS for conducting training of the staff in CBOs/NGOs implementing TI projects under NACP – V in the states of Delhi, Haryana and Uttarakhand. The purpose of the training centre is to support the National AIDS Control Programme (NACP) in building the capacities and skill set among the TI project staff working at Targeted Intervention Project implemented through institutes/CBOs/NGOs in a sustainable manner.

Training Officer – Kshamta Kendra

About the Position:

The Signatory will be assigned the post of Training Officer, Kshamta Kendra at Delhi and will have job responsibilities as specifically defined for the project and related designation

Job Responsibilities:

  • He/she will work closely with KK team and various stakeholders to finalise suitable training dates, venues, and roping in resource persons.
  • Regular correspondence including sending invites to participants / resource persons, finalize agenda, & address any logistical or administrative issues.
  • Communicate with NGOs/CBOs and trainees finalising their participation, seek nominations and address their queries, if any.
  • Maintain documentation including preparation of agenda, training reports, monthly / quarterly reports
  • Any other task may be assigned which is in the interest of SPYM project

    • Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Social Work/Literature or from any other relevant field.

    Essential:

  • Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities for crafting effective emails, competency in MS Excel and MS Word, encompassing familiarity with various tools and formulas.

    Desirable:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in Social Work and/or Documentation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in documentation and multimedia tools
  • Work experience in Non Profit or HIV/AIDS sector.

    • Remuneration:
    20,000 – 25,000/Month.

    Social Media Manager

    Job Description

    As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media channels to raise awareness, educate, and engage the Dadri community on the issues surrounding alcohol and substance use.

    Key Responsibilities

    1.Compile material and use social media channels to raise awareness about the consequences of alcohol and substance use among community members.
    2.Create engaging content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) that educates communities on prevention, early intervention, and support resources through social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
    3.Collaborate with youth volunteers to develop and disseminate educational materials and campaigns aimed at addressing alcohol and substance use in the Dadri community.
    4.Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations, trends, and opportunities to join or initiate discussions about substance abuse prevention and intervention.
    5.Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
    6.Any other responsibility that may be assigned by the Project Manager, SPYM in the interest of project

    Qualifications

    1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field.
    2.Proven experience (2+ years) managing social media accounts and campaigns, preferably in the nonprofit or public health sector.
    3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.
    4.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    5.Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken) required; knowledge of additional languages spoken in the Dadri community, NOIDA, UP is desirable.
